Technical Diving & Mission-Critical Equipment Design

Scuba diving spans both recreational and highly technical, performance-driven domains.

Developing equipment for industrial and military applications provided a deeper insight into the demands of the professional diving market. Working with Northern Diver, I contributed to a range of products supporting operational use cases where reliability, safety, and performance are critical.

For a newly graduated freelance designer, it was a formative experience—exposing me early to mission-critical engineering standards, rigorous testing environments, and the realities of designing for extreme conditions.
